Backpack Build

The majority of inner-city kids cannot afford the school supplies they need to properly get educated. Most of the time, this expense then falls on the shoulders of the teachers.
We created an amazing giveback activity that can help these students.
Set up in multiple stations, team members start with an empty backpack on a mission to serve. Once they have collected all the supplies and assembled their own backpack, they will write a note of support and positivity for these students! Backpacks will be donated to a charity of your choice or Nashville local inner-city students.
This creates an elevated culture for your team by acknowledging philanthropy. Also gives your company a chance to change lives while having fun doing it.
