How do I get to Twin Oaks Guest Ranch from the Airport?

From Terminal Dr. & Donelson Pike, get on I-40 East towards Knoxville
Follow I-40 East to TN-109 S (Exit 232A) (approx. 15 mi)
Continue on TN-109 S (approx. 8 mi)
Turn right onto Stewarts Ferry Pike
The destination is on your right (approx. 1 mi)

Is there coffee in the cabins? What type of coffee is available at the Ranch?

Keurig Coffee Maker and a 12-cup Coffee Maker. Startup supplies will be provided. (Creamer, sugar, K-cups and ground coffee)

What are the meals offered at the ranch?

We provide a Southern Home cooked meal with all the fixings for groups of 6 or more. The cost is $50 per person for adults and $20.00 per person for children ages 7-12 and children under the age of 6 are free. A 20% gratuity is added to all dinners. We do not provide breakfast or lunch; however, horse back riding fee includes a continental breakfast. There are several nearby options for delivery.

How far is Twin Oaks Guest Ranch from Downtown Nashville?

We are located 30 minutes from downtown. Highly recommend if you are going out to dinner to make your reservation as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact us for restaurant recommendations.

What room supplies will be provided at the ranch?

Startup paper towels, paper napkins, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, make up mirror, dish washer pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, K-cups coffee, sugar, sweetener, creamer, spices, and basic pantry items. In the pool house are bug spray, sunblock, and pool towels.

Are there grills available at the ranch?

There is a gas grill at the Guest House. There is one at the Main House for use by guests who stay at the Lone Star Suite and Writer's Retreat. One gas propane tank and grilling supplies are provided.

Where is the nearest grocery store?

Located 4 miles from Twin Oaks Guest Ranch. You can pre-order your groceries and pick up in as little as 4 hours or have them delivered. Wine and Beer can also be ordered from the grocery store. (Photo ID required at pick up)

What kind of entertainment is offered at the ranch?

We feature Happy Hour with complimentary entertainment, usually live music, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm on either Friday/Saturday night of your stay for groups of 6 or more.

Does the Ranch have a heated outdoor swimming pool?

Yes. The pool is located behind the Main Ranch House. It is open from mid-March to mid-October. There is a pool house with towels and suntan lotion for your use. The pool closes at 7:00 pm.

Does the ranch have a hot tub?

We have two hot tubs! There is a hot tub located behind the Main Ranch House. There is also a hot tub at the Guest House. Please be sure to place the cover back on the hot tub when not in use.

How do we arrange the Horseback riding experience?

Ride or take a lesson from a pro-rodeo Cowboy and the Ranch Wranglers. You may arrange for your ride/lesson at the Ranch Main Office (24) hours in advance (weather permitting). General lesson/riding time is (1.5) hours at $125.00 per person and includes a continental breakfast.

What are the kitchen items available for use?

Plates, bowls, glassware, flatware, and coffee cups are provided. Cutting boards, casserole dishes and large bowls are here for those that like to cook for large groups!

Are linens and towels provided?

All towels, bed linens, and pool towels are provided.

Does the ranch have Laundry Room Access?

The Guest House has its own laundry room, and guests staying at the Lone Star Suite and Writer's Retreat may access the laundry room at the Main House.

Does the ranch have mountain bikes?

There are 4 mountain bikes in the large shed behind the guest house for use during your stay. Long Hunter Bike Trail is located 11 miles from the ranch.

What are the pantry items available at the ranch?

We have an 8-quart crock pot, steamer, wok, blender, cookie sheets and baking pans, large platters, serving dishes, fire pit accessories and all appliance manuals, if needed. The ovens are regular ovens in all of the accommodations.

Is there parking available?

There is plenty of free parking at the ranch.

What is the smoking policy?

Per the rental agreement, there is no smoking allowed inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside and please discard all debris upon departure.

How do we get around the area?

Uber and Lyft are available in our area.

Does the ranch have free WIFI?

Yes. Wi-Fi is free & unlimited. The password will be provided upon arrival.
