Kayla’s experience allows her to walk alongside your organization to identify your people development needs then helps you discover a hands-on approach that advances your organization’s vision. She holds a B.S. and M.S. in Organizational Communication from Murray State University in Kentucky. Kayla is a DiSC trainer, a Certified StrengthsGenius Facilitator™, a Registered Corporate Coach™ (RCC™), and a member of the John Maxwell Team.
